Lovely Ann, cant believe it's a year since we lost your physical presence on this planet, but I know Karen can feel and hear you regularly. Didn't get the chance to know you long, but your warm personality, sense of humour, dirty laugh and wonderful smile lit a room so brightly. Karen is a great credit to you, so we feel we still get to know you through her! Hope that halo is constantly being polished, a glass of red on the go and a big boggie.
